In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.

**How you will contribute**

You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

**More about this role**

Support to the oreo continent, follow up of line cleaning plan, provide training to line personnel, responsible for execution of cleaning program and equipment, correlation with microbiological monitoring, responsible for executing SMED methodology.

- Cleaning practices
- Responsible for execution of SMED methodology.
- Handling of cleaning chemicals
- Management of sanitary microbiology indicators
- Basic knowledge of sanitary design
- Experience in food or food related industry
- Management of sindical personnel, suppliers and interns.

**Education / Certifications**:
**B.Sc in food chemistry, bacteriology, parasitology, food chemistry, or related career.**
