Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Buyer.

**What you’ll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
Asegurar que nuestros proveedores reciban la información adecuada, necesaria para cumplir con los requerimientos de materia prima, componentes y servicios en tiempo, de manera que cumplamos con los requerimientos y nível de servicio de nuestros clientes internos y finales, manteniendo níveles de inventario dentro de objetivo y evitando generar obsoletos todo al menor costo logístico posible.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
A. Planear la compra de materiales y servicios, con base en la demanda e inventario de los ítems a su cargo, de acuerdo a su tiempo de entrega.
B. Colocar Órdenes de Compra a tiempo de acuerdo a balance de requerimientos y confirmar la recepción de la Orden de Compra con proveedor
C. Obtener el Forecast de los siguientes 6 meses (MCBZ) y compartir con proveedores
D. Dar seguimiento a la entrega de materiales a la Planta en tiempo y forma (Físico y en SAP) ( Métrico SOTD)
E. Revisar mensajes de excepción (ZMRPEXLIST) para gestionar reprogramaciones de entregas
F. Seguimiento a casos de rechazo de material por Calidad, y notificar discrepancias en recibo o errores en Facturación
para aclaración y liberación de pago
G. Realizar Forecast mensual de compra
H. Análisis y Control de Inventario (Alineado al Métrico DOH)
I. Identificar restricciones y dar seguimiento a la solución de las mismas con las áreas involucradas (Sourcing, Ingeniería, Producción, Planeación, Proveedores, Calidad, Opex etc.)
J. Seguimiento a flujo de pagos de los proveedores (/DOL/AP2N, MRBR, FBL1N)
K. Realizar el escalamiento oportuno ante cualquier barrera de falta de material o comercial que afecte la entrega de sus materiales en tiempo y forma. Revisar Matriz de escalamiento posteada en procedimiento MATE-PNO-09
L. Optimizar los costos de fletes con proveedores.

**Qualifications**:

- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en Compras
- Conocimiento de SAP
- Inglés conversacional
- Comunicación Efectiva con todas las áreas Habilidades de Negociación
- Habilidades de Planeación Habilidades de Evaluación de Riesgos Ingles
- Excel y Power Point
- Power BI (deseable)
- Administración de Inventario
- Conocimiento básico de finanzas y contabilidad Conocimiento de contratos y acuerdos Conocimiento de propiedad intelectual
- Comercio Exterior y negocios internacionales
