**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

***A Claims Representative must efficiently process claim requests as well as resolve claim issues as needed.
- Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing
- Communicate home warranty information
- Notate claim information accurately into the
- In-depth troubleshooting of appliance and home
- Initiate relationships with contractors/technicians.
- Approving work
- Negotiate the cost of covered repairs and/or
- Verifying work order
- Analyze provided invoices/receipts.
