**Job Summary**:
In this position, you will play a strategic role in driving and leading the organizational culture through tools and systems of communication, recognition, values and social responsibility. Coordinate and drive the implementation of General Services, Culture and Engagement Policies and Procedures. Your expertise will guarantee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services, and correct monitoring of the conditions and functionability of the General Services area (Cafeteria, Transportation, Supplies to common areas, Work Offices Spaces, Visits, Drivers). Encourage participation in engagement activities at all levels, leading action plan meetings and ensure visibility status check on the initiatives related. Plan and execute company events, meetings and conferences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to the success of our organization.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Lead, Develop and ensure execution of Annual Calendar for Culture, Engagement and Events
- Manage a team of proffesionals that supervise general services for the Mexico Production Plants (7 buildings) to deliver better working conditions and services for our associates.
- Create platforms to coordinates and involve key positions in events, visits, and activities that promote elevating organizational culture and engagement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and administration of general workspaces.
- Manage and coordinates suppliers KPIs, contracts and performance with General services suppliers. (cafeteria, transportation, drivers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general service providers
- Drives, monitor, and present metrics to Management and HR of results of the processes under his/her responsibility

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- More than 5 years of experience leading and administrating General Services Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Experience in Administrative Controls (Inventories, Expenses, Budgets)
- English: Advanced Level
