Office Administrative Assistant

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep office organized so it is presentable for clients every day
- Make sure Office supplies are fully stocked (pens, paper, toner/ink, etc)
- Real Estate materials are printed, out and ready (buyers guide, flyers, Marketing material, fridge, etc)
- Organize all receipts for any purchases and file them (Scan, print, file,etc)
- Assist in organizing the folders on the google drive for agents
- Make Real Estate Binders for each transaction which includes organizing files on the drive and printing documents so we have a printed copy filed in the office, Make a physical folder for every listing agreement, and print and file the agreement
- Picture Inventory List (take photos and creating an addendum)
- Open properties, turn all lights on and off when you leave for (For video and photos, etc)
- Preparation of photos, upload photos and videos on the MLS through dropbox for MLS.
- Organize Google Drive folders and add information on the drive as requested
- Agent Support when requested by Broker
- Assist and support in setting up Real Estate events and Open Houses when requested by broker
- Encourage and assist agents to complete the documentation required for every Real Estate transaction.Inform agents which documents to use and assist throughout the transaction process when requested by Broker.

Any Additional tasks requested and / or assigned by the broker as the job has many elements.

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
