**Misión del puesto**:
Como Service Designer asegurarás que las experiências desarrolladas tomen en cuenta todos los puntos de contacto que puede usar el cliente a lo largo de su interacción con el producto.
Trabajando en una unidad cohesionada junto con tecnología, producto, y data, para crear productos/servicios que den valor a nuestros clientes y al negocio.
Es un campeón del proceso de diseño centrado en las personas para crear productos digitales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Es dueño de tareas end-to-end en proyectos complejos, de alta visibilidad o estratégicos, comprendiendo las necesidades del usuario y de negocio para la correcta toma de decisiones en torno a objetivos, alcances, soluciones y prevención de obstáculos.
- Domina herramientas de diseño de servicios y laninvestigación 360 de los productos y servicios en diferentes canales (online y offline).
- Desafía las soluciones actuales / formas de hacer, generando lineamientos y guías para cada punto de contacto, aportando valor a todos los actores.
- Analiza la información y es capaz de profundizar en las necesidades de los clientes. Es responsable de asegurar que todas las decisiones del equipo scrum donde es asignado giren en torno al usuario.
- Trabaja para que exista una perspectiva de diseño centrado en las personas, dentro de su equipo y en los resultados del proyecto, sensibilizando su equipo scrum sobre el valor e importancia de la experiência de usuario en los proyectos.
- Estima la cantidad de trabajo requerido para manejar las tareas de un proyecto y gestionar su comunicación. Utilizando metodologías de diseño y agile para abordar el proyecto.

**Requirements**:

- Herramientas del diseño de servicios: blueprint, customer journey, prototipos de experiência, storyboards, Stakeholder map, ecosystem map etc.
- Facilitación: Recursos para orientar a un grupo a tomar decisiones y obtener compromisos
- Gestión de proyectos: Capacidad de organizar personas, recursos y tareas de un proyecto para la obtención de objetivos
- Research con usuarios (cualitativa y cuantitativo): Conocimiento necesario para aplicar y controlar metodologías de investigación con usuario.
- Diseño estratégico: Capacidad de articular conceptos, hechos e hipótesis, para tomar decisiones contemplando las futuras implicaciones de esa toma de decisión.
- Tangibilización de conceptos: La capacidad de trabajar con conceptos abstractos y dirigirlos hacia la toma de decisiones de diseño, generando soluciones y cursos de acción.
- Habilidad de síntesis: Capacidad de construir propuestas fusionando y organizando diversas perspectivas y comunicando ideas de forma clara.
- Customer centricity: Tiene habilidades concretas para traer la voz del cliente a la toma de decisiones de un proyecto en los diferentes momentos del proceso de diseño y desde diferentes enfoques.
