**Descripción resumida del trabajo**:
El Production Scheduler es responsable de establecer, revisar y mantener el programa de producción en alineación con las ventas, inventarios y operaciones (SIOP) y plan de concenso (PSI). Estableciendo el programa de secuencias se proporcionan las prioridades y acciones, trabajando en equipo con los lideres de operaciones, planeadores de materiales, control de producción y otros planes de manufatura para el alcance de las metas de la compañia relativos al servicio al cliente, eficiencia de recursos, capacidad y utilización e inversion de inventario. El Production Scheduler sera responsable por mantener trabajando las lineas de producción y revisando que las metas de OTS y vueltas de inventarios sean cumplidas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Analizar y optimizar el plan diario de los productos terminados asignados, a traves de un plan de producción (MPS).
- Evaluar la demanda con el proposito de satisfacer a tiempo las ordenes de los clientes, inventarios minimios y maximos a traves de la generacion de un programa de produccion diario.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan de Control
- Monitorear y asegurar los recursos y capacidades para alcanzar la demanda requerida.
- Dar soporte a servicio al cliente de requerimientos
- Monitorear y apoyar en la solución de errores de procesos de MPS.
- Facilitar a mediano plazo la capacidad de asesorar (CRP) y desarrollar las contramedidas o planes de acción.
- Desarrollar acciones de mejora continua y con habilidad de solución de problemas usando herramientas como el BPS, A3, Just Do It etc.
- Asegurar el listado de trabajo estándar dentro de las actividades diarias.
- Administrar y tomar acción de programación en unidades en cuarentena para su disposición
- Mantener la integridad de la información de los parámetros de planeación (tiempos de entrega, existencias de seguridad, tiempo de ciclo).

**Calificaciones**:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en ingeniería Industrial o Admin
- Experiência: 2 años de experiência en áreas de compras
- Habilidades administrativas: Servicio al cliente, Excelente Comunicación
- Habilidades técnicas: AutoCAD, Office, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, GD&T, MiniTab.
- Ingles 80%
