Develops and administers training programs for new hire agents and tenure population, conducts a continuous closed loop cycle to assess departmental and organizational needs. Responsible for the training and development of trainers and training support staff, including providing consultancy to cross functional departments as it pertains to leadership training. Oversees internal and external client relationships with a focus on innovation and differentiation.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Works with program operations and general management teams to address training needs, methods, curriculum, and effectiveness.
- Participates in on-site client review meetings including the development of training programs.
- Attends internal calibration sessions to ensure program compliance and balance.
- Supervises direct reports, including discipline, performance review, mentoring.

Works with cross functional teams.
- 1+ years of Supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery.
- Ability to effectively communicate and address department results.
- Strong English communication skills
