**Resumen del trabajo**:
Implementar y dar seguimiento a las acciones preventivas y correctivas de proveedores (A3s).
Reducir el scrap: Apoyar a las áreas de Ingeniería,Pruebas y Manufactura para asegurar la mejora continúa robusteciendo el proceso mediante la eliminación de causa raíz y disminución de lavariación. Aplicación incansable y vocero interno de “Calidad en la fuente a la 1ª vez, cada vez”. Eliminación de prácticas con poco o sin valoragregado.
Asegurar que los criterios y metodologías de calidad sean implementados y el producto final pueda ser embarcado al cliente libre de defectos.Implementar y dar seguimiento a las acciones preventivas y correctivas (A3), así como el mantenimiento y soporte del sistema de calidad ISO 9001.
**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:
- Desarrollar inspección de recibos en materia prima a través de métodos y procesos documentados
- Actuar como principal contacto para reportar cualquier discrepancia de materia prima encontrada en inspección de recibos y líneas deproducción
- Proveer disposición de materiales rechazados siguiendo procesos de RMA (Return Material Authorization) documentados
- Implementación y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas de proveedores (Internas y externas) mediante el uso del A3
- Monitoreo y Mejora del Scrap (como % de la producción), Yields de prueba, Yields de Procesos, PPM´s y Quejas de Cliente.
- Desarrollar e implementar procedimientos para los controles de calidad del proceso de manufactura tales como Planes de Control
**Formación (formación mínima requerida)**:
- Bachelor of Engineering**Experiência (experiência mínima requerida)**:
- 5 años de experiência en calidad y/o producto
- Ingles avanzado
