POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Global Trade Service Analyst is responsible to execute all aspects of import/export (including virtual) customs activity in Mexico. The role is primarily responsible for clearing the import and export shipments, maintaining the electronic archiving, reports, and processing all the activities in compliance with the Mexican Customs regulations, including IMMEX regulations and others.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create value, agility and support the growth meanwhile managing a high level of compliance in our operations.

Monitor the arrival of the shipments to the port of entry

Process the import and export customs invoices in timely manner

Close all the pedimentos with the broker and the system

Process the electronic archiving

Elaborate reports about import and export

Maintain the KPI’s reports

Support the new product development

Follow BRP values and behaviors

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Ms office

SAP

Analytical skills.

**Microsoft Office**: Excel

Proactive and good leadership skills

High level of autonomy

Self confidence and assertiveness

International and automotive business experience is an advantage

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in business and international trade or related field

**Experience**:
Min. 1-2 years experience in Import/export

**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

**Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).

Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
