We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Desk Support Engineer**
**What you’ll do**:
- Responsible for the overall enterprise-wide performance effectiveness and efficiency of end user computing devices.
- Manage the technology lifecycle facilitating the installation configuration and optimization of hardware and software in an IT infrastructure.
- Provides support to end users by effectively working incidents Desktop Laptops Mobile IOS MAC Windows Operating.
- Evaluate customer request and propose plan based on the discussion with stake holders Resolve elevated tickets through investigation and identification of fix and coordinate with vendor when required.
- Perform proactive analysis on repetitive issues Undertake problem diagnoses correction and escalated support of OSD technologies across the organization.
- Accountable for change release planning and implementation considering risk and impact to the environment.
**Preferred experience**:
- 3+ years of experience as Desk Support for an enterprise company
- Depth knowledge of iOS/MAC and Windows devices.
- Experience with installation configuration and optimization of hardware and software in an IT infrastructure
- knowledge with Virtual Desktop technologies Citrix XenDesktop, Zoom and Microsoft Active Directory
- Intermediate to Advanced level of English
