**Job Description**:

- You are part of the development team for electric motors and mechatronic interfaces.
- You are responsible for the preparation of Electric motors projects including requirements analysis, feasibility check and derivation of schedules.
- When developing Electric motors, in cooperation with external suppliers and in an international project environment, you will be responsible, among other things, for recording the project status, monitoring the project process and defining measures in the event of deviations.
- As part of the development of EPS projects, you are the central contact for questions about the Electric motor and responsible for compliance with the requirements, planning the release test and the formal release of the component according to the valid development process.
- You act independently and with great commitment in the international development network and use the worldwide network for your projects

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of previous project management experience.
- 3+years of previous experience as mechanical designer (experience with automotive product development cycle and GD&T Knowledge).
- Project management certification (desired).
- Experience and know-how: several years of experience in the development and project management of electric motors and/or mechatronic components in the automotive sector.
- Personality: resilient, team player, independent, analytical, forward-thinking, structured, goal-oriented, self-motivated.
- Working method: Enthusiasm for working in international teams and driving tasks and projects independently. Flexibility and willingness to travel (Local and international).

**Skill set**:

- Good knowledge on automotive Hardware development life cycle (requirements, Design, Integrations, testing & validation)
- Stakeholder management
- Knowledge on Motor control design.
- Good knowledge in PMSM & BLDC motors.
- Knowledge on HW testing/validation standards regarding Environmental testing.
- Experience / knowledge in Automotive domain, DFMEA/DRBFM is added advantage.
- Should have strong analytical, communication and logical skills
