**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acquire and record correct information regarding US TV/Film programs from a variety of sources including but not limited to studios, distributors and press releases.
- Edit and maintain program information, create and curate information on movies and shows.
- Investigate, confirm and document questionable program content by consulting program information providers and internal teams.
- Consolidate data content and new program information in databases.
- Maintain accurate database information and provide timely updating of programming information.
- Review, develop and recommend solutions to editorial, communication and technical procedural and operational needs.
- Act as a customer service representative concerning product content and editorial policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have IMPECCABLE English writing and verbal skills.
- Effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferably with a background in journalism, copywriting, or translation.
- We are looking for a quality-focused individual with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be able to work accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours.
- Windows proficiency and/or experience using other computer software and databases with excellent keyboarding skills.
- Excellent Keyboarding skills expected.
- Must live in the Mexico City surrounding area with the ability to commute to the office for orientation & onboarding.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods of time - 6-8 hours per day
- Must be able to type on a keyboard and use a mouse for long periods of time - 6-8 hours per day
- Must be able to visually absorb data via a computer monitor for up to 6-8 hours per day
- Must be an active participant in team meetings so as to provide feedback
- Must be able to collaborate with remote peers daily
- Must be able to respond in a timely manner to internal/external communications
- Must be able to work independently with excellent communication and time management skills
