El Analista Intermedio de Tecnología de Infraestructura es un rol de nível intermedio, responsable de ayudar con actividades de administración de LAN/WAN y del centro de servicios al personal, incluido el mantenimiento de red, la orientación técnica y la seguridad, en coordinación con el equipo de Infraestructura de Tecnología. El objetivo general es usar conocimiento de tecnología de infraestructura y políticas identificadas para procesar datos, resolver problemas y ejecutar tareas administrativas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Resolver problemas/proyectos moderadamente complejos, mediante análisis, experiência técnica y antecedentes; proporcionar análisis de temas más complejos y redirigir cuando corresponda.
- Participar en actividades de prueba, incluida la creación y ejecución de guiones de pruebas básicas y la evaluación de los resultados para posibles mejoras.
- Realizar actividades de control (riesgo, autoevaluación COB, auditoría, etc.) y recomendar mejoras.
- Reunir y organizar requisitos de adquisición de hardware y actividades de implementación.
- Reunir, compilar y sintetizar información relacionada con procesos o sistemas de tecnología; crear y preparar informes.
- Colaborar en la implementación o las mejoras de sistemas, así como en las actividades posteriores a la implementación.
- Lograr soluciones mediante los antecedentes y la experiência técnica.
- Intercambiar ideas e información de manera clara y concisa.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência en un rol de Infraestructura de Tecnología (educación/profesional) con conocimiento demostrado de cambios y mejoras de procesos operativos.
- Eficaces habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Eficaces habilidades de diagnóstico y análisis.
- Capacidad de comunicar conceptos técnicos a una audiencia no técnica.
- Capacidad de trabajar con equipos virtuales y personales, y bajo presión o para cumplir una fecha límite.

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.

General Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide management, support, maintenance and performance & tuning the Middleware software and ensuring their availability, security and integrity.
- Work with the team to ensure that the associated Middleware products and to ensure availability and optimum performance.
- Responsible for documenting day-to-day support activity in the company Help Desk system and providing regular updates to management.
- Be responsible for problem management including managing outages, resolution, co-ordination with stakeholders and communication
- Ensure control processes are in place in alignment with Citi policies
- Provide 24x7 on call problem resolution
- Support Engineering and Business projects.
- Review request for changes (Business and Functional requirements, etc).
- Troubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments
- Implement workarounds and temporary fixes
- Perform Application and Middleware logs analysis
- End-end Incident tracking and client follow-up, including postmortem
- EOL, EOS Track and fulfillment
- Participate on Technical Audit review (ARR)
- Support Engineering architecture definitions
- Provide support to Capacity Planning and Performance Management teams
- Coordinate Middleware Installations

Qualifications Requisite Knowledge/Capabilities
- Strong Management and Leadership skill.
- Strong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g. Java/J2EE,Weblogic,.Net, Web Logic, MQ, Websphere, SUN One Web, IIS, Siteminder, LDAP, security).
- Strong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel, Aix operating systems
- Strong background on the Unix with scripting (ssh, Shell, perl) with various platforms (AIX, Linux, Solaris)
