**Job Description**:
Electromechanical systems installation, construction and General Maintenance.

Review, including: HVAC, Compressed Air, Gas, Water purifying and distribution, Optical Fiber Networks and Structured Cabling, ensuring they are executed according to project and complying with all applicable regulations, (NOM, RED NFPA NEC).

Responsible for Mechanical installation and equipment Commissioning certifying that the installation has been performed according to the approved project.

Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) development, implementation and follow up for all non-productive mechanical installations and equipment including, but not restricted to: HVAC, Compressed Air, Gas, Water purifying and distribution, Optical Fiber Networks and Structured Cabling, including periodically studies and certifications.

Project management and development for original lay out increase and modifications according to the site needs, including Design, RFQ, Change Management, Contractors management, Legal requirements and permits, Construction and installation overview, in order to deliver projects within time and budget according to appliable regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree: Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance plans
- ** 2 years of experience coordinating directly an Engineering team or contractors**:

- ** Advanced English skills**:

- Office skills, **AutoCAD**:

- Leadership, Proactiveness, Problem solving and Decision making
- Strong knowledge of:

- ** STPS and NOM Regulations** (experience and knowledge)
- ** ISO/OHSAS compliance **(experience and knowledge)
