Un People Reporting and Data Analyst en SEE diseñará, construirá y gestionará informes y paneles en tecnologías/plataformas que muestren datos y métricas de recursos humanos. Esta posición trabajará con partes interesadas clave en todo el mundo para comprender sus requisitos de datos y ofrecer soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?
Desarrollar y mantener informes y paneles de Power BI que visualicen datos y métricas de recursos humanos como número de empleados, rotación, diversidad, rendimiento, compromiso y adquisición de talento.
Garantizar la calidad, precisión y consistencia de los datos en todos los informes y paneles.
Crear paneles y visualizaciones para ayudar a las partes interesadas a comprender los datos.
Brindar capacitación y soporte a los usuarios sobre cómo acceder y utilizar los informes y paneles de Power BI.
Solucionar problemas y resolver incidencias en los informes.
Colaborar con el equipo de datos y sistemas de recursos humanos para garantizar la disponibilidad, integridad y seguridad de los datos.
Identificar e implementar oportunidades de mejora de procesos y automatización.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en analítica de recursos humanos y Power BI.
Colaborar con las partes interesadas de recursos humanos para comprender sus necesidades de datos e informes y proporcionar soluciones.
Asegurar la calidad, precisión y consistencia de los datos en todos los sistemas y fuentes de recursos humanos.
Brindar capacitación y soporte a los usuarios de recursos humanos sobre cómo acceder y utilizar los informes y paneles de Power BI.
Proporcionar respuestas precisas, consistentes y oportunas a las consultas de informes, que pueden tener una complejidad de moderada a altamente cualificada y pueden requerir investigación y análisis adicionales.
Investigar e implementar mejores prácticas y nuevas características para Power BI. ¿Qué habilidades necesitas para tener éxito?
Habilidades avanzadas en informes. (Success Factors preferentemente)
Habilidades avanzadas en Power BI, incluyendo modelado de datos, DAX y técnicas de visualización.
Competente en Excel, SQL y otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y resolutivas, con atención al detalle y precisión.
