We are hiring an
**eCommerce B2B Data Analys**t to provide technological support in a wide range of solutions and platforms to successfully standardize, automate, or systematize data processing, taking into consideration the stage of the order management process that is being impacted.

The role will join the team supporting the Steelcase e-commerce and business-to-business platform (exchange) in North America. When their availability permits, the Data Analyst role will support the Exchange team in responding to and troubleshooting all exchange site issues and regularly providing suggestions for improving the user experience.

As part of the SWS Code team, this role takes direction from local SWS MTY management and GR e-business leadership team.

**What You Will Be Doing**

The Data Analyst will use their quantitative, analytical and software skills along with their business process expertise to extract customer data from various systems, programs, and internal CRMs to create and maintain ongoing reports, transform the data into meaningful and actionable information as well as provide consulting services to propose proactive and assertive information management solutions.
- Generate reports for internal teams, customers, and service providers taking into consideration the big picture of the operation.
- Own CRM and database maintenance, as well as provide advisory for future and new implementations of CRM (Agio reports) such as workflows, data requirements, contract creation, business data rules, etc.
- Automate simple repetitive tasks while promoting stand-alone solutions when possible.
- Interpret and compile reporting results with full ownership of the task once handed off.
- Proactively build relationships with internal consultants, account managers and local team for better understanding of the operation and seek for potential process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively analyze processes across all Steelcase Workplace Services organization and propose improvements, automations, and standardizations
- Collaborate with Leaders and Analysts to provide a technological point of view and support on complex projects.
- Document procedures using corporate best practices.
- Look for ways to benefit one or more teams/processes at once, when possible
- Create tailor-made solutions to fulfill processes needs; solutions can range from Excel complex formulas to fully automate repetitive tasks to creating Power BI dashboards.
- Work closely with Sales Support, Operations and Marketing

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree: IT, Business, Finance, Administration or related
- 1.5+ years’ experience in Data Analysis or similar roles.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power BI, Excel Formulas and Macros is a must.
- Required to be familiar with use of database tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Required proficiency in SQL data manipulation language.
- Availability to travel; valid Visa and Passport

**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Preferred experience using SAP, HANA, and Bex Queries
- Tableau knowledge is a plus.
- Interest in learning about Salesforce, WordPress, Zen Desk and Azure DevOps
- Interest in learning about B2B eCommerce solutions and furniture industry is required.

- Proven experience in implementing solutions that enhance internal processes and overall user experience.
- Problem Solver: will serve as a resource to internal teams in the resolution of problems and issues and will help translate business needs into implementation projects.
