CIMMYT is seeking a proactive, innovative, and self-motivated professional for the position of HR Analyst to Participates in all stages of the employee life cycle, this involves recruiting, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and exit processes in the CSP area of CIMMYT.

The positions will be based at CIMMYT headquarter in Texcoco, near Mexico City.

**Specific duties**:

- Participates in all stages of the employee life cycle.
- To carry out recruitment and selection process, from the analysis of personnel requisitions to hiring.
- Implement induction, training and staff development plans based on the analysis of training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
- Research and develop training programs for the organization. This includes developing methods and materials, as well as preparing content for discussions, sessions, and workshops.
- Provide general administrative, logístical, and organizational support to the HR Department including preparation of documentation and reports related to the area; drafting and reviewing reports and contracts; operating databases, personnel files, staff biography, leave, benefits and entitlements, regular reporting and data capture as required.
- Ensure that the onboarding and of boarding process are carried out.
- Manage and keep current personnel files.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, administration, psychology, human resources, or equivalent technical degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
