In this role, you will be speaking and listening to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures, as you guide them towards understanding their immigration options.

You will have to be an attentive listener and note taker, pay attention to detail, ensure excellent customer service, and above all empathetic to our immigrant community.

You will be supported by an outstanding client services team made up of talented and inspiring international peers. You will also be supported by a legal team that consistently transforms lives with their excellent work. Your ability to pay attention to detail, give, and take feedback productively will be key to your success.

This is an independent contractor position that is fully remote. Professional conduct, voice, and tone is vital. We need someone who is warm, empathetic, and personal, who can relate to our clients and feels inspired by their journeys.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls and online inquiries.
- Patiently listen to and gather information from prospective clients
- Provide general information, consultation fees, and resources.
- Take payments.
- Timely complete scheduling tasks, set up general meetings, and consultations.
- Uphold client satisfaction and quality control.
- Audit multiple calendars simultaneously for accuracy.
- Actively engage in dialogue with your client services team and legal team regarding inquiries, questions, organization, feedback, and more.

**Compensation**
- Base salary will be in determined by your experience, to include performance-based incentive pay. Pay is in US dollars.

**Qualifications**:

- Effective oral and written communication in both English and Spanish.
- Thorough attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with an excellent approach to evaluating information.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with utilizing technology in your work.
