What you will do*
- Responsible for the efficient/smooth functioning of the office through a range of administrative and managerial tasks by coordinating with different teams and needs
- Provide general support to visitors
- Responsible for office operation; manage office G&A budget and be in charge of timely and accurate reporting
- Interact with employees at every level and in every department
- Liaise with providers of cleaning, catering and security services
- Organize the office layout and responsible for stock management: purchase supplies and equipment, and maintain proper stock levels - stationary, IT Assets or project-related requests
- Maintain the office condition and make sure that necessary repairs take place
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Responsible for e(mail) management
- Support HR to maintain and update workplace policies as needed
- Support the onboarding process of new hires
- Organize internal events like celebrations and conferences

What you’ll bring*
- 5+ years of experience working as (front) office manager, administrative assistant or a similar role
- Good multitasker who knows how to prioritize tasks
- Strong planning and skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
