Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Sr. Supervisor Manufacturing Operations to join our Tijuana, Mexico team.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Supervises and controls the activities of one shift, sub-section, or small work group within a department of operations where there is similar activity performed.
- Daily execution of the production plan at 100% (orders of the day, expired orders, repair levels)
- Materials handling (assortment, floor stock inventory control, segregation, and disposal of nonconforming material)
- Follow-up of good manufacturing practices (Training, TPM, Torque, Soldering Irons, model change, operator replacement.
- Prevention and monitoring of quality problems (Minimize scrap, process audits, K code, OBA's)
- Establish and monitor the work standard of the area as well as the positions under their responsibility.
- Establish and monitor defect plan by operator, cross training and certifications.
- Support and coordinate the assembly of new products (NPI, ALPHA, BETA, select Lot, DOE's, etc.)
- Coordinate process improvements focused on continuous improvement (productivity, balancing of operations, maximizing output rate.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in similar position.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- English: Basic.
- 6-9 years of experience in manufacturing assembly / testing (electronics desirable)
- Effective at working in team situations.
- Experience leading projects and/or teams. People management experience is a plus (i.e., attracting, retaining, motivating, mentoring, developing, focusing, etc.)
