The role of Labeling Coordinator is to ensure that the label

design activities are being done according to procedure, regulations and

timeline. This is accomplished by ensuring the proper functions of the labeling

forms and databases. Managing databases, and creating guidelines for a well-balanced

performance in the area. This role assists review and provide guidance to

engineers in generating labeling requirements, design and databases to comply

with labeling procedures, applicable standards and regulations. The role also provides

support to Customer Service, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs & Distribution

Center on system issues and maintenance related to labeling. Job functions

include, but are not limited to the following:
Design, management and updating current labeling

forms.

Compare and verify specifications match labeling in

the production floor.

Create, review and update technical and operative

procedures for the improvement of processing within the labeling area.

Keep good communication with diverse company

departments and external customers as required.

Experiência y requisitos

Establish direction, plan, and organize workloads by estimating, scheduling, distributing, and controlling work assignments to provide for a smooth flow of both priority and routine tasks

Ensure key business metrics are achieved within the area and drive corrective action of related non-conformances.

Identify and resolve performance problems within the labeling process.

Promote a strong sense of teamwork among personnel throughout and across the area.

Actively and consistently participate with the Mission and Guiding Principles.

Serve as the focal point to communicate and resolve issues within their area and other internal customers.

Coordinate with internal customers as necessary to ensure commitments are achieved.

Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.

Performs other related duties as required.

2 to 5 years of experience. Intermediate English required
