**Job Description**:
This position will report to the Director of Warehouse Operational Optimization North America and is responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain and logistics strategy in order to maximize process efficiencies and productivity.

Position will support warehouse performance improvement activities through the optimization of the WMS system (e.g. Blue Yonder - formerly JDA WMS, SAP/WM, SAP/EWM).This role will lead cross-functional teams to analyze and realize both new warehouse business opportunities and the optimization of existing distribution value streams. Position is also responsible for supporting the True North for warehousing including WMS implementations, and any other footprint related project including but not limited to warehouse consolidations and de-consolidations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT Discipline or Business with a focused in project management, operations management, supply chain or industrial engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, processes and optimization.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects include project management experience within logistics and supply chain functions.
- 5+ years of experience in steering and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Broad supply chain experience such as new product introduction, supply planning, warehouse operations and lean warehouse design.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a technical function with Blue Yonder and Red Prairie (JDA) WMS and experience with SAP WM/EWM.
- Experience with server based relational databases, preferably Oracle and SQL
- Working knowledge of SAP systems P39, POE, S4 Hana
