**Objective of job**

Planning and Industrialyzing of standard or specialized production equipment transfered for service parts, and/or production procedures as well as their integration into the plant operation process. Responsible for the development of LTS production process, implement production equipment and/or processes changes, upgrades, relocation and as well as to make sure of maintaining its flawless performance during its LTS lifetime

Principle Activities_**
- Communication with series sending plant in order to present arguments, lead meetings and synthesize concepts and agreements related to the equipment..
- Follow up and make sure all upgrades/modifications are delivered within scheduled according to requirements.
- Develop concepts and new ideas for better performance along with process changes aligned with LTS strategy (lessons learned).
- Further develop existing equipment technologies, taking into account industrial safety.
- Make sure DRX Standards are met before the equipment is handed over to LTS production.
- Cooperate in test plans, action catalogs and the accompanying release documentation, as required.
- Follow up and maintain Equipment related documents database as part of the equipment Standard.
- Conduct machine validation after changes and relocations and assure machine capabilities (MFU) are maintained after the changes.
- Ensure technical release of equipment for production supported by an ECR.
- Preparation of practical solutions to optimize the automation & digitalization, based on LTS strategy.
- Active tracking on equipment transfer according to DRX standards (e.g. Techmatrix, spare parts list) provided to series plant.
- If applicable, preparation of presentations and introduction to customer.
- Execution of machine transfer, evaluation of machine capability (MFU).
- Execution of feasibility study, under consideration of the production specifications, equipment standards and plant guidelines; in corporation with Process Development, Process Engineering.
- Creation, maintenance and balancing of the equipment timing plans with the project plans.
- Determination of project risks and reporting to LTS Management.
