Team Overview:
As an intern at Commercial Culture and Engagement, you will play a crucial role in supporting initiatives that enhance the company's commercial success and foster a positive and engaging sales centric culture among its users. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects as an ambassador for the area, this will require to have highly developed soft skills to establish good relationships with our users and stakeholders, diplomatic approach to your client service, sense of urgency, creative and out of the box initiatives aimed to impact our work environment positively.

Role Responsibilities:

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to promote a sales centric culture vendor management, community management skills, event planning, team building activities, sales culture sponsorship activities.
- Contribute to efforts for the development of creative campaigns and programs to drive employee satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
- Analyze user feedback and assist in implementing improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Assist in developing newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and other materials that effectively communicate the sales centric culture initiatives and goals.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of logistics for all programmed activities within the Culture and Engagement programming.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and different areas to ensure a successful execution. This may involve conducting research, preparing presentations, coordinating logistics, and providing general administrative support.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment where you will have leaders in charge of ensuring your professional growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal oriented.
- Strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, written and verbal.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Culture Management, Institutional Social Work, Educational Administration, Human Talent.
- Previous experience or interest in Corporate Culture and Sales (preferred).
- Event planning and organization experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to make an assessment of users and to propose quick solutions
- Advanced level of English

- Basic Sheets/Excel skills to filter and look for specific data
- Strong organizational skills for keeping track of details, deadlines, and resources.
- Basic knowledge of canva, power point, google drive, different online tools and office software
