**Summary**:
Bring to Hillrom/Baxter the Medical Society’s perception and questions to help to address the best strategy to fulfill the patient needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Hillrom clinical programs;
- Provide continuous scientific training to sales, especially in Official Training meetings and during annual convention;
- Capture in HCPs the needs of scientific literature and provide as needed, triggering new interactions for discussion;
- Provide scientific education to HCPs;
- Act as primary contact for KOLs and/or HCPs for congress, events and educational programs;
- Provide “mini meetings” with field team and multidisciplinary audience in HCPs;
- Scientific action with focus on characteristics and clinical benefits of Hospital and Critical care products for private and public market;
- Identify unmeet needs and manage local studies (IIR).
**Qualifications**:
- Must be a strong team player, demonstrating outstanding team participation skills;
- Must build a strong camaraderie among peers and other colleagues;
- Excellent knowledge of Critical therapies according with the local strategy;
- Fast learner;
- Passion and interest in growing the use of Baxter/Hillrom Therapies;
- Possess skills necessary to participate on and influence multifunctional team;
- Able to work successfully with external physicians and Nurses who serve as clinical investigators and consultants;
- Availability to travel with estimated travel 33% of time.
- English fluency (specially reading and writing). In Brazil, Spanish language is nice to have.
**Experience/Education**:
- Nurse, Physiotherapist or Physician with high knowledge of critical care medicine;
- Previous work in ICU;
- Desirable:
- Previous contact with research in private or academic centers.
