Estamos buscando un **Project Manager de Infraestructura** para Ciudad Juárez, México.

**El rol**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Organizar y dirigir reuniones breves y eficientes con los distintos departamentos y carriers cuando sea necesario.
- Manejar la relación y atender reuniones convocadas por proveedores terceros.
- Dar seguimiento y actualización diaria a los proyectos en sistema.
- Facilitar la ejecución de las tareas del personal involucrado en los proyectos.
- Identificar riesgos y tomar medidas para minimizar el impacto en el presupuesto y tiempo de entrega.
- Organizar los proyectos en sistema, crear las tareas necesarias y asignarlas a la persona indicada.
- Administrar proyectos generales.
- Documentar las aplicaciones o servicios existentes con los clientes.
- Documentar y crear manuales de uso de las nuevas aplicaciones o servicios.
- Respaldo técnico para los ingenieros de soporte en sitio.
- Soporte para la creación de documentación para diversas certificaciones..
- Crear archivos de seguimiento del estado de salud de la infraestructura de los clientes.
- Coordinar y administrar casos de soporte interno para la empresa..
- Todas aquellas actividades que por necesidad cambios, o mejoras en el proceso de su área se generen.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y reglamentos de los sistemas de la empresa, así como asegurar el seguimiento a las regulaciones federales, estatales y locales como las del corporativo.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas de Información, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afín.
- Maestría en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o carrera afín.
- 5 años o más de experiência en manejo y administración de proyectos.
- Bilingüe 100% - Inglés y español.
- PMP Certificado preferible.
- Cisco CCNA/CCDA (deseables más no indispensables).
- Certificaciones ITIL, TM Forum (deseables más no indispensables).
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, administración e interpersonales.
- Orientado al servicio al cliente.
- Uso eficiente de sistemas de información: CRM, Siebel, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Google Suite.
- Conocimientos de sistemas GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tales como MapInfo, OSPInsight, Autocad, ESRI o similares.
- Conocimientos de normas y sistemas de construcción de fibra y enlaces inalámbricos.
