**The Role**

This role is about continuing Seequent's face-to-face customer service program by providing the highest level of attention to customers at all stages of their interaction with our products from evaluation at the pre-purchase stage, to setting up new customers, and assisting experienced users who require technical support. A substantial part of this process is building stronger relationships based on listening to and understanding our customers' needs and implementing solutions. Being a team player, social, hands-on, task-oriented and customer-focused, this role is responsible for providing technical and sales deliverables, deep product knowledge, quick response times, careful analysis and problem-solving.

You have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing demonstrations, effective training, and knowledge-based community-building events. Although based in North America, this role will be part of the global Technical Services team, which is responsible for ensuring that we understand our global client's needs and cover a wide spread of time zones. Travel for customer engagements might make up 30% of your time per month in Canada, Mexico and USA.

This position can be based out of various Seequent offices: Toronto, Vancouver, Mexico City, Hermosillo, or Denver.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- In combination with the EVP and Regional Director - Civil and Environment, develop growth revenue targets in license sales, support and training and project revenue
- Coordinating and completing high quality demonstrations, training, and technical workflow guidance in the region, using existing training materials and tailoring sessions to meet the needs of the clients involved
- Providing dynamic, real-world examples of the relevant software features to clients, maximizing learning objectives and increasing their knowledge base
- Before a sale, help seal the deal by creating and setting up demos, webinars and suppling product information to prospective customers who may be testing our software
- After a sale, help with customer onboarding and training to encourage software adoption and increase usage of Seequent solutions
- Help generate marketing content for webinars, workshops, conferences, and other events as required
- Contribute to the provision of a world class service support facility, which provides quick responses to customers, effective listening to understand issues, clear and confident communication with the ability to provide education and support to all our users

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- University Degree in either Geoscience, Geology or Earth Sciences
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in geoscience, specifically Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Experience with 3D Geological Modelling, specifically Leapfrog Works
- Sales and customer-focused support experience is a definite benefit
- Experience with Geoscience industry software modelling solutions, ideally including Seequent’s software solutions Leapfrog Works, OpenGround, and Central
- Sound business acumen and well-developed assessment, judgment, and critical thinking abilities
- Innovative, open, and able to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment
- Fluent English is required, Spanish or French an asset
