**Job Title: 3D Artist / Digital Asset Manager**

**Location**: Guadalajara, Mexico

**Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality 3D models of interior and exterior environments, focusing on architectural accuracy and aesthetic appeal.
- Organize and manage the digital asset library, ensuring assets are easily accessible and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with photographers and marketing teams to integrate 3D models into marketing campaigns.
- Enhance existing 3D models based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Implement asset tagging and metadata to improve the searchability and efficiency of asset retrieval.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D modeling and digital asset management technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in 3D modeling, specifically in architectural interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp or similar.
- Strong proficiency in V-Ray/Corona rendering settings for best photorealitstic results
- Experience in managing digital assets, with skills in software such as Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom, Extensis Portfolio, or other DAM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in architectural landscape creation is a major plus.
- Knowledge of photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Experience in a marketing or architectural photography environment.
