Required Technical and Professional Expertise
CAS and CAD Certified
Experience in REST API / SOAP
Must have handled Platform Upgrade

Ability to support 24*7 support model
Experience on System Administration, ITSM, ITOM ,CMDB, Service Catalog development, Service Configuration

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
Scripting experience
