**Your tasks**:
- Work with business stakeholders from the marketing department, to understand their data needs and drive data-driven solutions across the organization.
- Lead the design and development of BI solutions, with high focus on the business definition, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Develop and maintain automated Dashboards and reports to track KPIs and generate insights.
- Identify and communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging BI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the BI function.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on advanced data analysis and visualization.
**Your skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of BI tools is a must, such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Understanding of SQL and data modeling basics.
- Understanding of ETL processes.
- Experience with data integration platforms such as Adverity and Fivetran is a plus.
- Understanding of media platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads, and Martech tools such as GA4 and SemRush is a plus.
