**Responsibilities**:
**Supply Accounts Payable Analyst**

**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Connect with upstream and downstream process teams, to ensure invoices are processed and vendors are paid on time.
- Act as focal point for Fleet & L&DT Directors & Sector for issues escalations.
- Provide support to business and finance on fleet expense processing.
- Ensures service is delivered on time, with high quality results, achieving KPI’s, SLA’s.
- Responsible for communication and change management for stakeholders
- Leads and ensures compliance of invoice processing.
- Lead PGT implementation for both teams.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirement**
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration and international business.
- 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Advanced English level (writing and speaking) due to the interaction with USA Teams.
- Software Knowlegde:

- Excel Advanced
- Oracle / SAP DESIRABLE
- Availability to Travel to USA.
- Partners with upstream/downstream teams to ensure invoices processing and vendor payments on time.
- Effective Communication with Managers.
- Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams.
- Analytical skills to support financial analysis.
