**Full Time Community Manager with great benefits**
We are looking for a full time Community Manager to onboard our clients and help them to get their accounts setted up.
Looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and customer service, we would like to meet you.
You would be working from home, sitting down at your computer during regular business hours.
**Responsibilities**
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Help with the onboarding process for new customers.
- Get the new customers started with the correct set up of their accounts.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a community manager.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management.
- Excellent customer support skills.

Pay Rate: $3 - $5 USD Per Hour
