Purpose of the role:
Top accountabilities:

- Responsible for outlining and efficiently implementing an internal communications strategy.
- Acting as an advisor for different business areas.
- Promote internal engagement together with the human resource department

Qualifications & experience required:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, media, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years working in corporate, consumer, or internal communications within a multi-national company or agency.
- Spanish and English proficiency.
- Capable of developing communications in Spanish (70%) and English (30%)
- Design and audiovisual production skills are a plus.

Experience Required
- Experience building effective communications programs and delivering results
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on sophisticated issues
- Attention to detail and confirmed ability to balance multiple challenging priorities
- Agency and vendor management
- Communications experience in the consumer industry with a diverse workforce
- Experience developing relevant content for a diverse workforce
- Strategic approach to anticipate potential reputational issues
