**Responsabilidades**:

- Se asegura que su área asignada/unidad de negocios cumpla todos los requerimientos (Seguridad, Calidad, OTIF).
- Implementa auditorías de Seguridad, controles, procesos y procedimientos para lograr el objetivo de 0 accidentes en el lugar de trabajo.
- Liderear juntas establecidas de inicio y fin de turno con líderes de célula y/o operadores.
- Monitorear e informar el progreso hacia el plan de producción diario y las metas de la Unidad de negocios.
- Responsable de la producción y el envío del producto a tiempo de acuerdo con la planeación de la producción.
- Completar informes diarios de producción definidos y los requisitos de documentación
- Autoridad y responsabilidad de suspender la producción si se considera insegura, si hay dudas sobre la calidad, si la condición del servicio de limpieza está fuera de los estándares o si no se entiende la instrucción del trabajo.
- Ser líder participativo, responsable y comprometido.
- Comunicar al grupo de trabajo los planes, objetivos y progreso, incluidas las iniciativas anuales, actualizaciones cuatrimestrales, resultados mensuales y métricas semanales de manufactura.
- Capacitar a los operadores en todos los aspectos del negocio, incluido el proceso de producción, los productos y el uso, las necesidades del cliente, los usos del producto y las expectativas de la organización
- Brinde capacitación específica para el puesto, incluyendo seguridad, ajuste de maquinaria, estándares de proceso, métodos y criterios de aprobación / falla
- Siga las prácticas, los procedimientos y las pautas de recursos humanos establecidos, incluido el proceso de selección, transferencia de empleados, vacaciones / ausentismo planificado
- Planear, ejecutar y liderear proyectos de mejora en las diferentes áreas de producción, Utilizando el PDCA
- Trabaja en conjunto con las áreas funcionales/soporte para el logro de objetivos.
- Back up del Gerente de Operaciones

**Educación/Experiência**
- Grado académico en Ingeniería
- +5 años de experiência en posición similar
- Experiência en Industria Médica/farmacéutica/Alimenticia
- Conocimiento de Microsoft office (power point, word, excel)
- Bilingüe Inglés/Español
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de LEAN
- Conocimiento y aplicación en herramientas de análisis de causa raíz
