Endpoint Engineer

Minimum Criteria and Skills:
10+ years of progressive IT work experience including 3+ years in an IT specialized engineering role. Excellent technical proficiency with Workstation Image management technologies - SCCM, Group Policy Management, Active Directory administration, Scripting, Application packaging and management, end point security products. Strong business orientation and ability to maintain a variety of positive business relationships at all levels of the WTW organization College Degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field preferred Proven ability to “influence” and drive change through the adaptation, or introduction, of a service Experience working directly with user/customer base, with ability to have a positive impact on activities and outcomes Experience working in a Global team-oriented collaborative workplace Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present ideas in non-technical language Working knowledge of ITIL practices
