**Description**

Pristine Property Management is seeking 2 bilingual bookkeepers with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a Property Management company to join our team.

Job description:
Detail-oriented person needed to assist the bookkeeping department in a property management company that manages 330 rental units. Bookkeeping experience required. Also, experience with Appfolio Property Management software preferred but willing to train.

Responsibilities include:

- Enter property expenses in Appfolio, ensuring the appropriate property is billed, amount is correct and receipts are attached to every bill.
- Log into the various online utility accounts (electric, water, internet, etc), and download all bills and enter in Appfolio accurately.
- Assist Accounting Manager in ensuring all HOA payments and recurring bills are entered before sending reports to clients

Enter tenant charges in Appfolio such as Tenant repairs, utility reimbursements, or any other Tenant fees.
- Send reminders and follow up with delinquent Tenants.
