As a **Plant Finance Analyst **in Kellogg you will be responsible for Consolidate, analyze and review Plant’s finance results, including cost of production (usages, factory expenses, etc.) and No-OML effects such as Obsoletes, Asset Write-Offs, etc. Prepare Plant’s budget and outlooks, providing a full understanding of the plant’s total cost per Brand / Category and how it is transferred to the different internal customers and Business Units.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Perform Finances Business Partnering activities for the plant, including scenario analysis, opportunity areas identification and validation, accounting guidelines, etc.
- Perform Full Capacity analysis and ensure standards are at full capacity according to approved methodology.
- Consolidate plant’s results, including savings transferred, approved OTC / OTB, obsolete estimates, full capacity impacts, etc.
- Prepare plant’s deck for period end and budget / outlook reviews
- Ensure users prepare their Factory Expenses budget according to guidelines and expected inflation, Consolidate results and review with plant’s leadership team, this includes People Cost estimates and budget estimates for Maintenance, Utilities, Quality, Manufacturing Supplies, etc.
- Review and update budget parameters (allocation cycles, maintenance rates, etc.) and ensure matches with planning scenarios (e.g. Blender)
- Review Plant’s factory expenses actuals and compare against targets, including accruals review and validation

.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
- Previous experience in Finance Positions (at least 3 years)
- ** Bilingual**: English and Spanish fluent or native; Portuguese desired
- ** Proficient in Company **Tools / Applications Excel, SAP, COGNOS, BPC, etc.
- Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills
