We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and contribute with their skills and ideas to help us achieve our objectives. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks in support of the development and implementation of operational strategies:

- Working closely with our operations and sales teams to oversee the daily operations of the business.
- Communicate with clients to provide customer support on the company's services and products.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.
- Proactively recommending improvements to increase sales performance.
- Coordinating with different departments to enhance performance and labor efficiency.
- Monitoring sales orders and supplier relationships.
- Compiling sales reports and distributing them to the respective departments.
- Staying updated on industry trends and the consumer market.

**Requirements**:

- Required: Advanced English proficiency (C2 conversational).
- Required: Availability to travel (Visa).
