**Acerca del puesto**

Este puesto se solicita para apoyar, asegurar y supervisar a un equipo de profesionales de RR.HH. de nível básico a intermedio o a supervisores de empleados de apoyo de RR.HH., estableciendo metas y objetivos diarios. Es responsable de la administración de los planes y programas de recursos humanos para garantizar las operaciones eficientes de una unidad de negocio o departamento asignado.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Gestión de los recursos (Headcount).
- Administración de presupuesto.
- Administración y preparación de actividades de índole social e integración.
- Administración de servicios para empleados (transporte, comedor, uniformes, etc.).
- Gestión y relación con sindicato.
- Manejo de sistemas operativos.

**Requisitos**:
+ 3 Años de experiência como Líder de Relaciones Industriales o a fin.
- Educación profesional: LAE, Lic. Psicología, Lic. Derecho, Ingenierías o a fin.
- Inglés Avanzado (Deseable)
