**Job Description Summary**: The Commercial Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will create, integrate and develop customer offerings that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes, and calculate the applicable commercial financial measures (margin; cashflow; revenue recognition; NPV; other) for senior management reviews.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As the Commercial Leader, you will support the Inquiry to Order interface between GEH and CFE and support additional customers and product lines.

Essential responsibilities include:

- Support the development of Proposals, Cost Estimates, Pricing Strategies, Terms and Conditions, and Customer Purchase Order reviews.
- Be the primary interface with the Global Sales Team on opportunities within Nuclear Fuels, Services, and New Plant Projects
- Act as a key component to the cross-functional team consisting of Business Leaders, Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Sourcing, and Account Managers
- Present deal structure to Business Leadership for approval
- Participate with Nuclear Account Manager and Commercial Director in negotiations with the customer as required
- Ensure compliance with the GE commercial risk process by acting as a technical and commercial Risk Manager
- Partner with functional leaders (Marketing / Sales Team) to improve customer satisfaction and bring customer issues directly to the business for resolution
- Maintain the GE Customer Relationship Management System (Compass) and Cost Estimating tools
- Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to the "Inquiry to Order" process

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of nuclear experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering, Outage / Inspection Services, or Contracts

**Desired Characteristics**
- United States Government Contracting experience.
- Knowledge and experience reviewing contracting terms.
- High energy level, broad business acumen, effective communicator at all levels (internal and external), ability to motivate a team
- Strong overall business knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
