HR Communications & Operations

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

Responsible for creating and implementing internal HR communications strategy and content. In addition to coordinating HR-for-HR engagement activities. Helps in the translation of business strategies and updates into key messages, develops appropriate internal communications in support of those strategies, and executes and coordinates programs that create excitement and boost engagement.

**In a typical day as a** HR Communications & Operations, you would...**
- Supports the creation of the monthly HR-for-HR newsletter. Helps with coordinating the call for content, gather all submissions, and editorial design.
- Supports the content maintenance of the My HR intranet page, which is the one stop shop and internal repository for HR team members containing the latest corporate and organizational news, program/initiative updates, calendars, organizational charts, and all relevant information that HR professionals need for their day-to-day job.
- Coordinates all tactical activities related to the HR Forum, a place where all HR Professionals can be informed of initiatives, events, calls for action and share experiences. It is open to all HR Team Members, regardless of their role. Including the call for content, meeting recording, contact and coordinate presenters, collect content to be presented, help with agenda creation, and be the point of contact for all HR Forums matters.
- Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal HR communications and engagement activities as needed and appropriate
- Assists in writing and editing HR internal messages, including organizational/leadership announcements, program/project updates, and ad-hoc messages. In addition to helping with the creation of videos and collaterals.
- Ensures HR internal communication messaging and materials are high quality, in compliance with branding, imagery and identity.
- Helps with the implementation of Key Performance Index (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of HR internal communication channels and engagement activities, with the goal of continuously improving internal communications & engagement strategy to reach and engage HR Team Members.

**If you are/have**
- First-level university degree, preferably bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Typically 2-4 years related experience in internal communications roles
- Experience using Adobe Suite Products (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Experience using Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Highly proficient in oral and written communications skills in English, including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.
- Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong Project Management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to small and large groups.
