Real World Evidence Project Manager (4 positions)

- As a RWE (Real World Evidence) Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

- Project managing RWE study execution processes, including contracting, study kickoff, protocol process documentation, study conduct, report completion, publication activities, and study closure.
- Collaborating with study teams and using PM (Program Management) best practice methodologies to support study scoping through to publication.
- Managing project milestones, documenting and updating status in a timely manner.
- Ensuring effective cross-functional communication to achieve project milestones and resolve issues.
- Coordinating report reviews and results read-out meetings.
- Supporting slide preparation and coordinating with the publication team to create and manage publication timelines.
- Introducing and implementing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs) to the business as appropriate.
- Connecting with project team members to ensure efficient collaboration and effective communication.
- Partnering closely with Client stakeholders to understand their project management needs and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A university degree in Business or healthcare and related fields.
- 3-4 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management software knowledge is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English.
