**Job Summary**:

**Organizational relationships**:
- Reports to: Area Incharge
- Supervises: Construction Manager, HSE Manager, Procurement & Logistics, Civil Engineering, Operations Manager, Quality Assurance
- Functional relationship with: Overall Project Incharge, Design Leaders, Customer Project Representative, Engineering Manager, Project Coordinators
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams in Project Development, Engineering (Conceptual, Basic, Detail), Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start Up

**Academic qualification**
- **Essential**:Civil / Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- **Desired**:PMP Certified
**Experience**:
- **Relevant**:10 - 15 years
- **Total**: 15 - 20 years
**Technical Skills**:
- Project management experience
- Experience in O&G, Energy or Mining sectors
- Experience in industrial construction
- Experience in engineering, equipment erection, and startup
- Experience in constructability analysis, cost estimation, contract, and sub-contract administration
- Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
- Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groups
- Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Spanish
- Relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Excellent negotiation abilities
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Collaborates with customer to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed
- Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements
- Creates, manages, and distributes project communications documents such as charters, schedules, and budgets
- Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals
- Communicates routinely to management, customers, and project team members, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback
- Sets and monitors project budgets and staffing requirements
- Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring
- Establishes key project criteria metrics.
- Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan
- Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers
- Responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts
- Resolves technical and operational issues as required
- Oversee construction and ensure the job site meets safety regulations
