- Description & Requirements**The Job**:
The Finance Ops Sr. Specialist owns business processes and their execution within the Finance Operations group. Also, will manage all aspects of the quote-to-cash business process within the Finance Ops function, has ownership for process documentation, and interacts frequently with members of with adjoining functions.
**What you will be doing**:
- Researches and resolves account inquiries with strong problem-solving skills.
- Sets up new contracts, labor categories, and billing schedules in the Accounting system.
- Addresses customer billing questions through research and analysis.
- Processes RMAs, ensuring proper approvals and unlicensing if needed.
- Handles account terminations and manages VAR accounts.
- Takes leadership in projects, implementing new processes.
- Contributes to process improvement and efficiency efforts.
- Leads, trains, and inspires team members.
**What you will likely bring**:
- Requires intermediate to advanced Excel and competent computer skills.
- Exhibits outstanding customer service and strong communication abilities.
- Proven track record in improving process efficiencies.
- Professional, punctual, positive attitude, quick learner, and adept at multitasking.
- Demonstrates complex problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have conversational English fluency and strong oral communication.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
- Recent Graduates or about to graduate
