**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Ensures overall Global OEM Solutions team plans have consistency in planning and build out of support needed(internal/external) and metrics established to ensure successful market introduction. This includes:

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and competitive landscape
- Internal Capability Assessment: (SCM, Support, Services, Finance, Contracts)
- Ensures partner contract compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Channel Design: Designs and optimize distribution channels, including direct sales, retail, e-commerce, wholesalers, and distributors, to ensure maximum market coverage.
- 4P OEM and Solution frameworks and plans
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness making data-driven improvements.
- Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
- Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
- Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Typically 10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
- Understanding of key industry OEM usage models and tech trends (Automation, Robotics) and key segments(Retail, Healthcare, Mfg.)
- Industry experience in following areas: Sales, distribution channel, supply chain management, and key technology launches
- Background in developing OEM, OIP, ISV and industry partner business plans a plus

- Familiarity with markets and tools to analyze business

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is **$118,050.00 - $181,800.00 **annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
