Requisitos:

- Pacific zone of México, IT enjoys convenient access to the worldwide materials supply chain as well as the North American markets for finish goods transportation by ground and air through logistics expertise. Technical service centre services are provided for major OEM brands.
Experience to provide customer service, sales, or administrative support. Communication skills to a variety of information as internal or external customers to support the sale or service of products.
Responsible. Originality and ingenuity are requirements for this area.
Requirement NCR/TGCS BD:
Position: Order Fulfillment/Customer Service

1. At least 1 year similar working experience
2. Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking
3. Good at Microsoft Office software, ERP/SAP is a plus
4. Responsive and responsible, accurate in details, good teamwork spirit

Actividades a realizar:
1. Manage customer's demand reasonably for material and production planning
2. Coordinate with cross functions to meet customer's shipping requirement
3. Update shipping schedule to customer and maintain in customer's website
4. Work with customer to solve routine issues
5. Follow up outbound shipments receiving/AR
