Como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de la creación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Trabajarás de manera práctica con los productos, desde el manejo de la materia prima hasta el envío de una pieza completa. Usted es responsable de garantizar que todos los productos se ensamblen y fabriquen correctamente para brindar a los clientes una experiência sólida y constante. El conocimiento y la atención a todos los protocolos de seguridad es una parte esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones de fabricación segura y eficiente.

Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.

**Responsabilidades**:
Organizar los recursos humanos y materiales para poder cumplir con el programa de producción asignado.
- Supervisar que las herramientas y equipo para la operación se encuentren en condiciones óptimas para su uso.
- Supervisar que el personal operativo conozca el plan de control y lo lleve a cabo para garantizar la conformidad del producto.
- Asegurar que se llevan a cabo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo documentados en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y Seguridad, salud y medio ambiente de trabajo, además
- para así cumplir con la conformidad del producto, y asegurar se encuentren disponibles en el área de trabajo.
- Supervisar que el producto no conforme este de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido.
- Elaborar el reporte del producto rechazado y no conforme desglosando las causas del mismo y el reporte de desperdicios generados; dichos reportes deberán entregarse a la Coordinación de Producción diariamente.
- Revisar diariamente el desperdicio crudo y desperdicio quemado atribuible a su área.
- Decidir acciones de contención cuando exista alguna causa que afecte la estabilidad de las operaciones e informar de manera inmediata al Coordinador de Producción.
- Informar a los operadores de cambio de Ingeniería y seguir los procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo que haya proporcionado Ingeniería de Procesos.
- Proponer acciones correctivas, preventivas y/o de contención con la finalidad de cumplir con la conformidad del producto.
- Revisar se mantengan los registros requeridos por el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y Seguridad.
- Realizar el inventario de proceso en el turno asignado.
- Supervisar y asesorar a los equipos SMART TEAM.
- Supervisar que el personal que se encuentra bajo su cargo sea competente (Educación, bilidad y conocimiento) para realizar la operación asignada, así como verificar que se encuentre certificado.
- Revisar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con el programa de capacitación asignado.
- Supervisar que el equipo reciba el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para asegurar la continuidad de la operación.
- Administrar las incidencias y tiempo extra del personal operativo y entregárselas a RH
- Aceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio Ambiente
- Apoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
- Aceptar y participar activamente en el proceso del sistema de medio ambiente
- Identificar, asegurar el cumplimiento y dar seguimiento para los controles operacionales, así como para riesgos y oportunidades de los aspectos ambientales.
- Promover y aplicar el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
- Gestionar el proceso de cambio para con el sistema de medio ambiente
- Promover el cumplimiento de controles operacionales, así como riesgos y oportunidades.
