**Qualifications**:
- **At least 5-7 year’s experience in configuring, supporting, and/or implementing SAP HCM suites**:
- **At least a total of 2-4years of relevant IT or operations experience preferably in SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, and/or other Payroll systems.**:
- **Must have experience in supporting SAP Payroll either locally or regional (LATAM countries)**:
- **Knowledgeable in SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) and familiar with its integrations**:
- **Knowledge in Employee Central and its integrations is a plus.**:
- **Knowledge in SuccessFactors Role Based Permissions and SAP HCM authorizations is a plus.**:
- **Experience in service management, change management and vendor management of payroll systems.**
