UX Architect

**Responsibilities**
- Will provide thought leadership across the UX community and within the product team.
- Competent in performing all UX architecture, and interface design deliverables, project management for design, and UX assignments without close supervision.
- Mentor and assist other UX/UI designers, providing them with design and architecture direction when needed
- Experience Leading Discoveries for software development projects with external clients where the following activities are performed:

- User Groups
- Proto Personas
- Job Stories
- User Journey Map
- Impact vs Effort Matrix
- Low-fidelity design (sketches)
- Mid-fidelity design (wireframes)
- High fidelity design (mockups)
- Interview of potential users
- Functionality validation with real users
- Interactive Prototype
- Brand Identity
- Partner with Development leaders and Client Product teams to understand the pain points, and business needs and collaborate towards designing a solution that is aligned with solving them.
- Understanding the overall customer needs and ability to have a holistic view of design and user experience; ability to deliver on short-term needs that fit into the long-term vision.
- Possess the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas to stakeholders of all organizational levels and proactively make recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Experience working with design sprints and the agile methodology, specifically with Scrum Framework.
- Have the ability to actively and constantly collaborate with other employees, including product owners, designers, web and mobile engineers, quality-assurance engineers, leadership, and more.
- Ability to navigate large complex projects to know when to be tactical vs executing design workshops to bring out best overall experience.
- Participate and drive design reviews
- Pitch and present design concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent designs assets

**Preferred qualifications**
- Expert with design tools to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups as well as interactive prototypes.
- Previous experience in designing digital products working with software development teams.
- Experience working with web or mobile based technologies such as, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio, etc.
- Experience in providing overall creative direction for larger projects.
- Experience with UX Research to amplify research and complement design impact.
